Once the Order Shipped Email with tracking number is emailed to you, your items are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any). However, it is up to the postal service providers on how they are handling the issue and nanaboutique will have no control over it.
** All estimated delivery duration is during normal period, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL IMPORT DUTY
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
In the case if tax not paid within the stipulated period, goods will be forfeited and destroyed by customs department which is not under our control and nanaboutique will not bear responsibility in this case.
The courier service provider will get in touch with you if there is any duty /taxes to be paid.
BOUNCED PARCEL
a. Customers will be contacted via WhatsApp should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
b. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. nanaboutique will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
c. nanaboutique reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
d. Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
