Q: Can I exchange an item if the sizing or fitting doesn't suit me?

We do not offer direct exchanges, but we do accept returns. You may return your item, and:
✅ If your preferred size is still available, you may contact our team to request an exchange.
✅ You may exchange it for another item of equivalent value if your size is no longer available.

We only accept returns for items in their original condition (tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).

📌 Return & Exchange Process:

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
Please contact our support team regarding your intention for a return.
Returns must be approved before being shipped back and must be arranged within 7 days of approval.
Once we receive the returned item, you may exchange it for another item within 14 days.

🚫 Non-returnable items:

Intimates, swimwear, and accessories (e.g., jewelry) are final sale and cannot be returned.
Sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

✔️ If the item has sizing options, you may request an exchange for a different size. All shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
✔️ "New In" items are eligible for return.
✔️ A completed return form must be included with the returned item(s).
✔️ Only one return is allowed per order number. If an order was made using return credit, it cannot be returned again.
✔️ Strictly no cash refunds, only exchanges.
✔️ Exchange must be made within 14 days of the return being approved.
✔️ Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any customs duties for returning items.
✔️ You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please retain proof of mailing until you receive an acknowledgment from us.
✔️ We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not meet the stated conditions.
